What we collect

Your email (for sign-in), your booking-page settings, and the booking requests strangers send you (name, email, budget, message). We store these to run the product for you.

Your booking page is public

When you publish a booking page, everything on it is visible to anyone with the link — your display name, your photo, what you offer, your showcase items and your available times. It is not behind a login, because the point of it is that people you haven't met can reach you.

Published pages can also appear in search engines. That means someone searching your name may find your page in Google, and Google may show your name, photo and the description you wrote. You control this: Bookpage → Show in search results. Turn it off and we tell search engines not to list the page — your link keeps working exactly as before, it simply isn't indexed. Pages you haven't published, and pages with nothing on them yet, are never listed.

Search engines keep their own copies. Switching the setting off stops future listing and asks them to drop what they have, but how quickly that happens is up to them, not us.

What the people who contact you send is never public. Requests, messages, budgets, attachments and voice notes are yours alone.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, we request one scope and use it only for what it says:

We store a Google refresh token encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Google (Settings → Disconnect) deletes it immediately. Keeprer's use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, do not use Google user data for ads or model training, and do not read your email content beyond sending the messages you approve.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (a session cookie). It is required for the app to work, contains no advertising or cross-site tracking, and clears when your session ends. Because we use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies, there is no consent banner to click through — essential cookies don't require one.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account and its data on request. Disconnecting Google removes stored tokens right away.

Terms of Service

The service

Keeprer screens the booking requests you receive and drafts replies you approve. You are responsible for the messages you send and the bookings you accept.

หน้าจองของคุณ

What you put on your page — your name, photo, description, showcase and rates — is yours, and you keep it. By publishing, you allow us to serve that page to anyone with the link and, unless you turn it off under Bookpage → Show in search results, to let search engines list it. We do not use your page anywhere else without asking you first.

Put up only what you have the right to publish. We may hold back or unpublish a page that breaks the acceptable-use terms below, and we will tell you why.

Accounts

Sign-in is by email magic link. Keep access to your email secure — it is how you access your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Acceptable use

Don't use Keeprer to send spam, harass people, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Keeprer is provided "as is." Screening is a decision aid, not a guarantee — you make the final call on every request.
